To claim your donation, simply open an admin ticket with detailed descriptions of what you have purchased, and how you would like us to fill your order. Orders will be filled within specific maintenance time windows and are not a direct purchase timeline basis. This means there will be set days and times of the week of which you can collect your donations.

Donation packages will be given out on specific days and times when admins are available. This means you will not immediately receive the packages you purchase but will have to wait for a fill window to open up in order to have your packages redeemed. This gives admins time to play the game, as well as fill your orders.
