Donation Disclaimer & Agreement

Before completing your donation, please read and acknowledge the following terms.
By continuing with this transaction, you understand and agree that your payment is a voluntary, non-
refundable donation to Kingdoms of Ravenmoore.
Donations may be associated with in-game rewards, perks, creatures, items, currency, ranks, roles,
cosmetics, boosts, access, or other digital benefits. These benefits are offered as a thank-you for supporting
the server and do not represent a purchase of ownership, authority, control, or guaranteed service.

 

1. All Donations Are Final

All donations made to Kingdoms of Ravenmoore are considered final and non-refundable.
By completing this transaction, you agree that:
You are making a voluntary donation.
You understand that refunds are not guaranteed or required.
You will not request, initiate, or pursue a refund, reversal, chargeback, or payment dispute after the
donation has been completed.
Accidental purchases, buyer’s remorse, failure to read descriptions, account bans, server wipes,
technical issues, or changes to rewards do not entitle you to a refund.

2. No Ownership, Rights, or Control

Making a donation does not grant you any ownership, rights, authority, or claim over Kingdoms of
Ravenmoore.
This includes, but is not limited to:
The game server
Server files, saves, builds, maps, mods, settings, or configurations
The Discord server or community spaces
The website, donation platform, or storefront
Branding, names, logos, graphics, lore, events, or original content
Staff decisions, rules, policies, operations, or administrative actions
A donation does not make you an owner, partner, investor, employee, staff member, administrator,
moderator, decision-maker, or representative of Kingdoms of Ravenmoore.

3. Digital Rewards Are Not Permanent or Guaranteed

Any rewards connected to a donation are digital benefits provided as a thank-you for supporting the server.
These rewards may include, but are not limited to:
In-game items
Creatures or tames
Currency
Boosts
Ranks or roles
Cosmetics
Access permissions
Special perks or features
You understand that these rewards may be changed, replaced, delayed, reduced, removed, wiped, lost, or
discontinued at any time.
This may happen due to:
Server wipes or resets
Updates, patches, or mod changes
Bugs, crashes, exploits, or technical problems
Rollbacks or data loss
Balance adjustments
Rule violations or disciplinary actions
Administrative decisions
Server closures or interruptions
Circumstances outside staff control
No reward is guaranteed to remain available, unchanged, or permanently attached to your account,
character, tribe, Discord profile, or player identity.

4. Server Access Is Not Guaranteed

A donation does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Kingdoms of Ravenmoore.
The server, Discord, website, donation platform, or related services may experience:
Downtime
Maintenance
Password changes
Mod conflicts
Crashes
Rollbacks
Data loss
Temporary closures
Permanent shutdowns
Changes to rules, maps, settings, rates, or gameplay systems
You acknowledge that access to the server and its related services may change or end at any time without
refund.

5. Rule Violations May Result in Loss of Access or Rewards

All players are required to follow Kingdoms of Ravenmoore server rules, Discord rules, community
standards, and staff instructions.
You understand that violating rules may result in consequences, including but not limited to:
Loss of donated rewards
Removal of ranks, roles, perks, or access
Temporary suspension
Permanent ban
Removal from Discord or community spaces
Loss of characters, creatures, items, builds, or stored progress
No refund will be provided if rewards, access, or privileges are removed due to misconduct, rule violations,
exploits, harassment, abuse, cheating, chargebacks, or other harmful behavior.

6. No Real-World Cash Value

All rewards, perks, roles, items, creatures, currency, or benefits associated with donations are digital-only
and have no real-world cash value.
They may not be:
Redeemed for money
Sold for real-world currency
Traded outside approved server systems
Exchanged for refunds
Transferred for compensation
Treated as physical or financial property
Donation rewards are intended only for use within Kingdoms of Ravenmoore and its approved community
systems.

7. Donation Packages May Change

Kingdoms of Ravenmoore reserves the right to update, modify, remove, replace, rebalance, limit, or
discontinue donation packages and related benefits at any time.
Package names, descriptions, prices, reward values, availability, and included perks may change without
prior notice.
Previous donations do not guarantee future access to the same package, pricing, rewards, benefits, or
replacement items.
8. Player Responsibility
Before donating, you are responsible for reading all package descriptions, server rules, community
guidelines, and this disclaimer carefully.
By completing your donation, you confirm that:
You understand what you are donating for.
You accept that all donations are final and non-refundable.
You understand that rewards are digital benefits with no cash value.
You understand that donation benefits may change or be removed.
You understand that donating does not grant ownership, rights, authority, or guaranteed access.
You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You agree to follow all server and community rules.
Final Acknowledgement
